What Do You Eat the First Week of Keto?

What do you eat the first week of Keto keto food list for beginners

First off, what do you eat the first week of Keto? Well I have a confession to make: I got very sick and tired of all of the sugar that was hiding in every food that I was trying to get rid of! That’s why I chose to do this article.

I ate like a king a first week! I think that if you’re serious about fasting and losing weight, you need to experience first hand how it feels to go without carbs for a period of time. When you first go without carbs, your body goes through some major changes. You’ll be surprised by how light your body becomes after a week or two.

Now that I got that out of the way, let me tell you what I did during the first week of Keto. I literally felt like I lost weight, I was exhausted, and my energy level just went up. It was amazing to say the least! And believe me, I got more excited about the diet than I ever thought possible! My excitement peaked when I realized that I didn’t have to count calories or count anything else, that everything I ate was tracked, and that I could eat whatever I wanted as long as I didn’t eat the day after.

Did I actually lose weight? Well, honestly, to be honest, I don’t even remember that week. I can only remember the first week, and that was when I actually started to get excited. Hey, at least I feel alive now! But no, not really, because I still wasn’t eating my favorite foods, and I didn’t have any energy.

So what did I eat the first week of Keto? I ate a lot of eggs, and oatmeal. And just like the first two weeks of South Beach, I stuck to the same plan. I don’t know why I kept eating eggs and oatmeal, but I did, and I’m glad I did.

What do you eat the first week of South Beach? You get your carbs from bananas, and your proteins from a mix of meats. I’m not too sure why I kept that plan. Either way, it worked, so I kept it. And even though I didn’t really get into the low carb diet like I had hoped for, I still think it’s the best diet on the market.

So now you know what I did the first week of Keto. What do you eat the first week of South Beach? Eat whatever you want, as long as it doesn’t have carbs in it. That’s why I keep getting that “beefy” feeling. The reason why South Beach is so hard to lose weight is because people cheat and eat more than they should, when they’re on this type of diet.

You should also know that you shouldn’t eat every couple of hours. When I was on the Keto plan, I was eating every three hours, and my weight loss slowed down severely. You should get into the habit of eating three hours before you go to sleep, and three hours after you wake up. This way, your body’s metabolism will fire off all of its working parts before you’ve got a chance to get back to sleep.

Another thing that I did right the first week of South Beach was that I didn’t drink any coffee or tea. The caffeine can zap your energy right out of the blue. You want to stay away from it, and only drink water. The tea doesn’t help either. You should stick with just fresh juices.

If you want to be successful on the first week of South Beach, you’re going to have to get your metabolism revved up. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to rev up your metabolism without having to eat tons of ice cream and shakes. Exercise can do wonders for this, and if you don’t have a lot of time, just do some cardio.

Now that you know what you should eat the first week of South Beach, you should be ready to make that transition. Staying on track is important, and once that weight loss hits, you’ll be glad that you followed through. If not, don’t sweat it, and just keep eating what you were doing before.
