One soda a day may be OK for some people, but don’t try to drink two or more. The more you drink the more cravings you will experience, and that will take more energy to rid yourself of at the gym.

But this is very counterproductive. You want to eat small meals throughout the day. Snacks in between are fine, but make sure you include a hearty meal the rest of the day. *You eat too much junk. Junk foods are terrible for you and will cause you to gain weight faster. Don’t allow yourself to become fat by eating this way. Just make sure you’re getting healthy nutrients in the form of fruit and veggies every day, and you’ll do fine.

*You eat too much at night. This might seem like an easy thing to do, but it really isn’t. Many people make the mistake of not being able to sleep well at night, especially since they’re eating so many unhealthy foods during the day. Try to get six or seven hours of sleep a night, and you’ll thank me later.
